Peanut Butter and Chocolate Mug Cake

How to make a delicious chocolate cake in under 5 minutes using only a mug and a microwave!
Ingredients
- 35g of flour.
- 35g of hot chocolate powder (33%).
- 10g of brown sugar.
- A pinch of bicarbonate of soda.
- 55ml of milk.
- 15ml of raisin oil.
- 3 drops of vanilla extract.
- 1 spoonful of peanut butter.
Instructions
Mix all of the dry ingredients together in a microwave safe mug. Then add the milk, raisin oil, and vanilla extract and mix with a small whisk or fork until you obtain a smooth cake mix.
Add a spoonful of peanut butter to the center of the mix and then swirl it around a bit to marble the peanut butter into the mixture.
Cook in the microwave at 900W for 1′10′′, or just 1 minute if you like your chocolate cakes gooey, like I do.
Remove the mug carefully from the microwave and leave it to cool before digging in, enjoy!
