This is a recipe for creating a pastry base for savoury tarts, pies, and quiches.
Ingredients
- 200g of flour.
- 80ml of water.
- 60ml of olive oil.
- A pinch of salt.
Instructions
Measure and mix the dry ingredients together into a large bowl.
Create a well in the centre and introduce the liquid ingredients. Mix until homogenous.
Roll out immediately, place into your dish, and precook for 10 minutes at 180°C.
Then introduce your ingredients and continue cooking according to your recipe!
